Subscription Policy
By subscribing to a Jiggle Pals product, you authorise us to charge your payment method regularly.
Renewal and Cancellation:
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time by contacting hello@jigglepals.com before the next billing date.
Refund Policy:
Subscription boxes are non-refundable after dispatch unless damaged or faulty.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations):
Customers have 14 days from receipt to cancel orders. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.
How to Cancel:
Email hello@jigglepals.com with your order details. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items:
We will provide a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if items are defective.
User-Generated Content Policy
