Every Jiggle Pal begins its journey on the Isle of Wight, where our team lovingly 3D prints each character using eco-friendly PLA. They’re carefully tucked into our signature pouches - makeshift travel pods to keep your Pals safe & snug on their trip to your home.
Trusted Carriers
We use a selection of trusted couriers to help your Pals reach you quickly and reliably. These include: Royal Mail, perfect for UK and standard international orders and DHL, UPS, and FedEx who offer speedy options for international deliveries with tracking.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days.
UK: 2–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
United States: 5–7 business days
Rest of World: 6–10 business days

Tracking
Choose tracked delivery at checkout to follow your Jiggle Pals every step of the way.
As soon as they set off from HQ, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor their progress.
Packed with love
Your order will arrive safely packed in a reusable Jiggle Pouch, sealed with care and ready for adventure. If your Jiggle Pal ever needs a new adventure, send them back to us, and we'll ensure they're recycled responsibly.
